Inc.RE Career

Corporate site production. RE Career Inc. supports people with no prior experience who want to enter the IT industry, and asked us to build a website for recruiting engineers. The central theme of the project was to carry the founder's conviction, rooted in their own experience, that "anyone can take on a new career, regardless of educational or professional background," straight to people aiming for the IT industry.



In building the site, we structured the content to convey the "structures that support challengers" with concrete numbers, such as a certification pass rate above 70% through training programs run with a listed company, and a sales network that keeps more than 10,000 projects available at all times. We also designed the FAQ to answer carefully the questions beginners tend to have, such as what SES work is, how it differs from contract development, and what career paths are open, aiming for a site that resolves concerns about applying one by one.



For the design, we placed friendly illustrations of various life scenes, such as hot-air balloons, students, and families, in the key visual to express the message that "possibilities keep expanding." Combined with soft colors and video, this creates a warm world that doesn't make people feel a psychological barrier, even if they tend to feel intimidated by terms like "IT" and "engineer."
