Corporate Website Production. MKR Inc., a specialist in building renovation, asked us to produce their corporate website. The company handles everything from major condominium renovations to the refurbishment of office buildings and commercial facilities, extensions and new construction, real estate and consulting. As a comprehensive partner, it carries the theme of "carrying a building's value into the future."



In building the site, our aim was to convey, convincingly and alongside real project results, both their "one-stop capability that goes beyond construction alone" and their "sincere approach to every single project." We put their extensive record of work front and center, browsable by year and by type of work, and stated construction periods from start to completion along with property names, so that the design conveys trust grounded in proven results. We also prepared information paths tailored to condominium management associations and corporate owners, so that visitors can reach the information that suits them smoothly.



In terms of design, a video key visual conveys the atmosphere of buildings and construction sites, while a simple, refined layout forms the foundation. We kept a calm tone that reflects the company's steady, sincere character, and placed plenty of visuals of completed projects, creating a site that balances the persuasiveness and reassurance that suit the construction and renovation industry.
